Specialized in incoming, we place at your disposal every day 750 beds for students groups, 200 beds for adults groups and rooms for individual guests, all of them in Hotels in the centre of Rome. We can also provide restaurants, guides, coaches, hostess, private audiences with the Holy Father and much more. Guides
In order to enrich your days in Rome, we organize guided visits of the city. Each guide is qualified and specialized and is able to handle and conduct all kind of itinerary: standard, didactic, museum and religious in italian and in the main european and extraeuropean languages.The guides we work with have mostly a degree certificate in history of art, archaeology, architecture, foreign languages. Someone is also a qualified teacher. So they know how the teaching programmes are planned and also how difficult is to attract the guys attention. For this reason they offer quick and funny explanations. The handling of the same topic will be adapted each time to the audience s background.The guided visits have a different lenght of time according to the requested itinerary typology, which changes on the basis of the belonging historical period: Ancient Rome (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatin, Pantheon), Baroque Rome (the Spanish square, the Navona s square, the Trevi s Fountain), Christian Rome (Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, the St. Peter s Basilica) and Modern Rome (National Gallery of Modern Art, EUR, Time Elevator).Very requested destinations are also those outside Rome, like Ostia Antica and Tivoli, but also Naples, Pompei, Sorrento and Florence.
Hostess
The good reception of your groups is certain thanks to our hand-picked hostess team who, on request, will go to the arrival railway station (Termini or Tiburtina) or to the airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino), will welcome and come with them to the hotel they are accommodated at, by giving them useful information about their stay in Rome and eventually helping them to buy public transport tickets.
The hostess service is available in italian, english, french and german.
Tour
In cooperation with the best bus rental companies of the Region, my firm is able to guarantee suitable solutions for every journey requirement. At your disposal there are G.T. coaches with 28 and 54 seats, minibus for small groups and double decker coaches of 77 seats. Each coach is in perfect cleaness and safety conditions.We are able to provide every kind of service: transfers from/to the Rome Airports (Fiumicino and Campino), half or full day excursions in Rome and its environs (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Roman Castles…) and advise you special routes based on your needs like, for example, a bus transfer from the airport to the hotel including on the way a fascinating tour of the eternal city, staying comfortably sat on the coach. And why not a romantic…Rome by night? Of course, in order to satisfy all your needs, we furthermore organize full day excursions to Naples, Sorrento, Pompei, Florence, Assisi and the main Italian cities, suggesting you at best by planning your itinerary and quoting on request each route you wish.
Restaurants
Thanks to the agreements with Restaurants situated a few steps from Termini railway station, your students and adults groups will taste the typical dishes of the Italian cuisine in friendly premises with a home environment like Restaurant TAVERNA BARBERINI (about 110 table settings) located nearby Piazza Barberini, the Restaurant MANIN (about 150 table settings) which is located between Termini Station and St. Mary Major Basilica, the Restaurant and Pizzeria S. MARIA MAGGIORE (about 70 table settings) just in front of St. Mary Major Basilica, the Restaurant Archi Romani (about 250 table settings) situated in Via Goito 25 or the Restaurant Mino (about 200 table settings) in Via Magenta 48. According to the requirements and the budget of each group (both students and adults) we quote on request particolar menues by taking into consideration the nourishment peculiarities of every single person.
